Glutathione S-Transferase A1 (GSTA1) is a member of a family of enzymes that play a role in detoxification through the conjugation of glutathione. GSTA1 is the most expressed GST in the liver and is thought to be crucial to systemic detoxification.
Sourced from E. Coli, Ala2-Phe222 with an N-term His tag. Purity is >95% by SDS-Page. Applications include ELISA and Western Blot Analysis. Arrives in a Lyophilized Vial shipped overnight by FedEx.
