Chromogranin B (CgB) aka Secretogranin-1, UniProt # P05060, is an acidic member of the granin family found in a variety of neurons and endocrine cells. CgB is a marker in neuroendocrine tumors with plasma levels potentially being associated with disease progression.
Sourced from HEK293, Met1-Gly677 with C-term His-tag. N-term amino acid Met21 (predicted). Purity is >85% by SDS-Page. Applications include ELISA and Western Blot Analysis. Arrives in a Lyophilized Vial shipped overnight by FedEx.
