Chromogranin B (CgB) aka Secretogranin-1, UniProt # P05060, is an acidic member of the granin family found in a variety of neurons and endocrine cells. CgB is a marker in neuroendocrine tumors with plasma levels potentially being associated with disease progression.
Sourced from mouse monoclonal IgG1 with reactivity in humans. Targets Chromogranin and is a clone of CgB-1E11. Protein G purified from hybridoma cell culture supernatant. Applications include ELISA and Western Blot Analysis. Arrives in a Lyophilized Vial shipped by FedEx Overnight.
