Product Description
Clusterin, aka apolipoprotein J, is a glycoprotein that can be found in most fluids. Clusterin is multifunctional with large amounts found in the central nervous system and has been associated with Alzheimer’s disease.
Sourced from HEK293 Met1-Arg227 (beta chain) and Ser228-Glu449 (alpha chain), with a C-terminal DDK and His tag on the alpha chain. Accession # NP_001822. Purity is >95% by SDS-Page. Applications include ELISA and Western Blot Analysis. Arrives in a Lyophilized Vial shipped overnight by FedEx.

Storage & Reconstitution
