Product Description
Alpha-1-microglobulin (A1M) has numerous roles biologically and is found in a variety of tissues. A member of the lipocalin family, A1M is synthesized in the liver and under normal conditions is not found in urine at high concentrations. Elevated urine levels of A1M can indicate proximal tubule injury, nephritis, or tubular toxicity.
Sourced from E. coli, Asp20-Ala202 with N-terminal His Tag. Applications include ELISA and Western Blot Analysis. Arrives in a Lyophilized Vial shipped overnight by FedEx.
For Research Use Only.
