Recombinant Mouse KC/GRO Protein (E. Coli)
Mouse KC, also known as CXCL1 or keratinocyte-derived chemokine, is expressed in mouse fibroblasts, macrophages, and endothelial cells. A potent chemoattractant and activator of neutrophils, KC plays a role in spinal cord development as well as wound healing. KC is known as CINC-1 in rats and GROα in humans.
