Interleukin 12 p35 subunit (IL-12p35) is a member of the IL-12 family of cytokines involved in the regulation of T cell responses. IL-12p35 forms a heterodimer with IL-12p40 to create the bioactive IL-12p70 when combined. IL-12p70 has been shown to induce IFN production and the induction of NK cells.
Sourced from mouse monoclonal IgG1 with reactivity in ferrets, derived from H293 Cells. Protein G purified from hybridoma cell culture supernatant. Applications include ELISA Capture. Arrives in a Lyophilized Vial shipped overnight by FedEx.
