Product Description
Interleukin 12 p70 heterodimer (IL-12p70) is a member of the IL-12 family of cytokines involved in the regulation of T cell responses. IL-12p70 is composed of a p35 and p40 subunits and create the bioactive Il-12p70 when combined. IL-12p70 has been shown to induce IFN production and the induction of NK cells.
Sourced from HEK293, Met1-Ser329 of A0A8U0MDC4 linked to Met1-Ser222 of M3XUW7, with C-terminal His Tag. Purity is >99% by SDS-Page. Applications include ELISA and Western Blot Analysis. Arrives in a Lyophilized Vial shipped overnight by FedEx.
