Product Description
Human MMP3 (Matrix metalloproteinase-3) is an enzyme involved in several physiological processes. During wound healing epithelial cells express MMP-3 and it can be elevated in chronic wounds such as ulcers. In arthritis MMP-3 expression is found to be elevated in cartilage. MMP3 has also been indicated in cancer tumor initiation, coronary artery disease, and embryonic development.
Sourced from HEK, Met1-Cys477, with C-terminal His Tag. Purity is >95% by SDS-Page. Applications include ELISA and Western Blot Analysis. Arrives in a Lyophilized Vial shipped overnight by FedEx.
