Product Description
Complement C1q tumor necrosis factor-related protein 5 (CTRP5), is a member of the CTRP family of proteins that share structural and functional similarity to adiponectin. CTRP5 is an important molecule in metabolism regulation and is expressed in a variety of tissues such as spleen, testis, and adipose. Elevated circulating levels have been observed in obesity associated diabetes in animal models.
Sourced from HEK293, Met1-Ala243, with C-terminal His Tag. Purity is >95% by SDS-Page. Applications include ELISA and Western Blot Analysis. Arrives in a Lyophilized Vial shipped overnight by FedEx.
