Interferon Gamma-Induced Protein 10 (IP-10, CXCL10) is a chemokine that is secreted during an immune response, specifically following IFN gamma stimulation. Following activation by IFN gamma, IP10 initiates Th1-cells and, if uncontrolled, can lead to a cytokine storm and uncontrolled inflammation.
Sourced from mouse monoclonal IgG1 with reactivity in ferrets. Protein G purified from hybridoma cell culture supernatant. Applications include ELISA Detection. Arrives in a Lyophilized Vial shipped overnight by FedEx.
